We cannot get enough of these fruit pops! They are healthy, super refreshing, and are a great way to cool down in the summer. These are like otter pop's more sophisticated/beautiful older sister.
Ingredients:
+kiwis
+peaches
+strawberries
+blueberries
+raspberries
+white grape juice
+sprite (optional)
Tools:
+paring knife
+cutting board
+popsicle maker molds
The rest is super simple!
1. Cut all of the fruit into different shapes and sizes, this makes for a really pretty pop.
2. Arrange the fruit into the individual pop molds. The stickiness of the fruit will make it easy to keep your design in place. It is important to add the fruit before pouring the juice so that the fruit does not float around. (For a fun twist, add sprite to the grape juice for a little more fizzle.)
3. Pour the juice into the mold, and place the popsicle sticks in the middle.
This fruit combo is a favorite of ours, but we would love to see what variations you come up with!
Happy munching!
